"Our recent experience with LTD Premier Properties, LLC has been a life saver.
After 3 months of trying to re-furbish our 1925 rental house we came to the conclusion that this was not something 2 seventy-plus year old seniors could do especially while living in a pop up RV in the back of the house in our N.W. winter. We live a ferry ride and 40 miles away and had to come back regularly to get mail and check on our home and my special needs brother.
During our last trip home we called several contractors. Bill at LTD was the only one to respond. We set up an appointment and he arrived on time and listened to our needs. After looking around at what we had ahead of us he asked if we would consider selling it? Oh yes! At that point we were up for that. Joe came over the next day! Also listened to our story and problems (my husband's failing knees and my previous back injury) and made us an offer we were pleased to accept.
We can't thank them enough. It was a successful rental for 13 years but after the last tenant moved out it was clear that to sell or re-rent it had to have a complete makeover. We had done it before but now we are older. We tried but just couldn't do it. With our world today, doing what we were trying to do would be impossible.
